Scheßlitz (dpa / lby) – A cyclist died on a state road in Upper Franconia. Despite resuscitation measures by the emergency doctor, the 51-year-old died in Scheßlitz in the Bamberg district, as a police spokesman reported on Sunday. According to current knowledge, no other vehicle was involved in the incident. It is now being determined whether a medical cause may have been the reason for the cyclist’s fall and death on Saturday, it said.
