Hesse: Deadly argument in Darmstadt: suspect arrested

Darmstadt (dpa / lhe) – The police in Darmstadt arrested a 53-year-old who is said to have fatally injured a 48-year-old man in a dispute. According to the police and the public prosecutor’s office, witnesses dialed the emergency number early Thursday evening and reported an argument in an apartment building in downtown Darmstadt. There, the 53-year-old is said to have fatally injured the 48-year-old for reasons that are still unknown. Any help came too late for the 48-year-old, he died on the spot. The police and prosecutors did not say exactly what injuries the victim suffered. The suspect was arrested at the crime scene.
