Erbach (dpa / lhe) – A 54-year-old driver died in a head-on collision on the B47 between Eulbach and Dorf-Erbach (Odenwaldkreis). The police headquarters in southern Hesse announced on Saturday that she had left the road late on Friday afternoon for reasons that have not yet been clarified and collided with an oncoming small car. The 27-year-old driver of the small car suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital by rescue helicopter. The scene of the accident was completely closed for several hours during the rescue.
