FC Grenoble announced Wednesday that Jan Uys, its second South African player, was leaving the club (28). In a press release, the Isere club stated that Jan Uys and the FCG had agreed to let the player go and give him the opportunity to find a new club. We wish him the best in his future and appreciate his participation and daily investment in this year’s season.
Jan Uys will thus have only worn the Isere colors for one year since his arrival at the start the season. According to FCG manager Fabien Genebacher, he will travel abroad again. We talked with him to ensure he could continue his career. We were happy to give him the opportunity to go abroad. We are grateful for his professionalism, his excellent behavior throughout the season, and we wish him luck with his new endeavor.
