Cleebronn (dpa / lsw) – Earlier and in a different way than expected, visitors in Tripsdrill had to leave a roller coaster: As the adventure park in the Heilbronn district announced, the “Full Steam” ride stopped on Whit Monday. 20 passengers were taken down a special staircase from the roller coaster. The reason was that a visitor had leaned against an access door with great force. Sensors installed there reported that the door had been opened. The system was then switched off automatically. In such cases, the roller coaster train must be evacuated before regular operation can continue, it said. There was no danger to the passengers.
The roller coaster “Full Steam” has been around for two years. It looks like a steam locomotive and is said to be reminiscent of the Swabian folk song “Auf d’r Schwäb’sche Eisebahne”. Previously, the “Black Forest Bote” reported.
