Künzelsau (dpa / lsw) – A week after the discovery of a woman’s corpse in an apartment building in Künzelsau (Hohenlohekreis), a suspect has been arrested for the time being. The 24-year-old man from the neighborhood admitted the crime after his arrest on Tuesday, the police said on Wednesday.
The body is thought to be a 66-year-old woman. According to the police, the autopsy revealed that the woman died violently.
Investigations into the background to the crime are ongoing. A special commission called “Grube” with 40 officials investigated the case. The suspect was to be brought before the magistrate on Wednesday afternoon. First, the “Heilbronner Voice” reported on the suspect.
