Crailsheim (dpa / lsw) – Defender René Kindzeka has extended his expiring contract with the basketball Bundesliga club Hakro Merlins Crailsheim by two years until 2024. The club announced on Monday. Born in Cameroon, he switched from the Eisbären Bremerhaven to Crailsheim last summer.
“With his crazy fighting spirit, he always manages to inspire both spectators and teammates,” said sporting director Ingo Enskat about the 26-year-old’s debut season. “There were many games in which he was able to give the team a real push.”
