Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) – This Tuesday (1.30 p.m.), the government factions of the CDU and the Greens are presenting a personnel proposal for the office of President of the Hessian State Parliament in Wiesbaden. The post has to be reassigned because the incumbent President of the Landtag, Boris Rhein (CDU), is to be elected Prime Minister next week in Parliament in Wiesbaden. At the meeting, a vote will also be taken on the new President of the State Parliament. The 50-year-old Rhein has held this office since the beginning of 2019.
