To remedy that lack and make both worlds come into contact, the Universia Steam +, 1 ESPORTS COMPETITION, created by Banco Santander and the specialized platform of Universia University, who aspires to become an annual appointment.
More than 1,600 young people enrolled in the first contest that harvested a very high engagement between participants.

The competition has consisted of four phases that, beyond the curricular assessments and competitive online tests, has included virtual training in competition, an accelerated course on personal brand, Soft Skills and job interviews, among other topics.
