The Historical Strategy Video Game Saga Age of Empires is back with the launch of its fourth installment, Age of Empires IV, set at medieval times, which is already available for PC through the Microsoft Store, Steam and with Xbox
Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Age of Empires is the popular Classic Real-Time Strategy Saga of Microsoft for Computer.
His first installment was launched in 1997, the second in 1999 and had not received any new deliveries since 2005, with Age of Empires III – with the exception of Removalization Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition.
After 16 years of waiting, the Saga has returned to receive a new main delivery with Age of Empires IV, whose arrival has been expired until Thursday, since it was announced in 2017.
Age of Empires IV has eight different civilizations, four campaigns, multiplayer mode, skirmishes, maps, unlockable videos and war art challenges (single player mode), among other novelties, as Microsoft has announced in a statement.
The new video game puts the player in the skin of some of the most outstanding battles of history, with four different campaigns and 35 missions that include 500 years of history since the dark years of the Middle Ages to the Renaissance.
Players can choose civilizations among which are the English, Chinese or the Sultanate of Delhi, as well as incarnating historical characters outstanding as Joan of Arc or Gengis Kan.
Age of Empires IV is now available since Thursday at the Microsoft Store, Steam and Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
