The holder of the Central Court of the Criminal, José Manuel Fernández-Prieto, explains in his sentence that he has been proven that the two Mosses, taking advantage of the days free of service, picked up Puigdemont in Stockholm and began with him a trip through several countries of
Europe until its arrest on March 25, 2018 in Germany.
The judge explains that those investigated helped Carles Puigdemont, aware that he was investigated in Spain for his participation in constitutive facts at his time of rebellion, and that the Spanish instructor judge in charge of the investigation had issued a European detention order and

The intention of the defendants, according to the judge, “was to help Carles Puigdemont to return to Belgium and avoid identifying him somewhere where they could execute the European detention order.”
Although the magistrates indicate that, a priori, these facts could be a crime of cover-up, they consider that a requirement is missing for it to be.
Or that they will act with abuse of public functions or that what covered them was a rebellion crime, as established by the Criminal Code.
The abuse of functions did not occur, since the two defendants moved to Waterloo on their free days.
And there was no rebellion, because although then Puigdemont was looking and captured by that crime, finally, the Supreme Court concluded that a crime of sedition occurred in the 1st.
