A lost, pregnant Pennsylvania mom has been found dead in South Philadelphia, according to authorities, who had been searching her boyfriend, also overlooking, as a person of interest.
Dianna Brice, 21, was last seen leaving a Lansdowne laundromat with her 23-year-old boyfriend, Justin Smith, about 1 rebounds on March 30, according to the Upper Darby Police Department.
She had been over four weeks pregnant and had a 4-year-old at home, FOX 29 Philadelphia reported.
Upper Darby Police said they discovered her remains on a wooded lot close to the intersection of 58th and Eastwick Streets ancient Tuesday. They discovered Smith’s car about a mile off last week, abandoned and about fire near 59th and Florence.
“This is the same car that both Brice and Smith were seen in,” police said in a statement. “It has been determined that there wasn’t any passenger or operator with the motor vehicle.”
Brice’s mom reached out to Smith after she could not get in contact with her daughter Tuesday, according to the FOX 29 report.
Smith has not been seen since then either, and has been termed a person of interest, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Authorities found his wallet and keys close to the burning car only hours following Brice’s disappearance.
Smith’s father told the newspaper he did not know where his child was.
