Asics, Sportscraft, and Speedo have collaborated to create the uniforms for the 460 athletes representing Team Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics. As the official partner, Asics will provide sportswear for not only athletes but also coaches, medical staff, and other team members, outfitting around 800 members of the Australian delegation.

The uniforms feature an ombré green and gold color scheme, representing Australia’s national colors. The designs also include prints by Indigenous artists Paul Fleming and David Bosun. Fleming’s piece, “Walking Together,” symbolizes the unity of different countries and cultures, while Bosun’s “Ngalmun Danalaig (Our Way of Life)” showcases traditional and modern culture in the Torres Strait.

Additionally, the sportswear incorporates an arrow pattern known as Japonism Yagasuri to honor Asics’ Japanese heritage and includes advanced ventilation technology suitable for the Parisian climate. The uniforms are designed to accommodate various body types and sporting needs.

Speedo, as the official swimwear supplier, has created a high-performance collection for aquatic sports such as swimming, artistic swimming, water polo, surfing, and diving. The swimwear is designed to enhance performance while also showcasing Australia’s green and gold colors.

For the opening ceremony, Sportscraft has designed uniforms for Team Australia. Men will wear single-breasted blazers over cotton T-shirts with gold and green ribbing, paired with knee-length beige chino shorts. Women have the option of a double-breasted blazer with beige shorts or a pleated skirt featuring the ombré design.

Each blazer will have the Australian Olympians’ Oath embroidered inside the pocket and the names of all 301 Australian Olympic champions on the lining. The opening ceremony uniforms will also feature accessories with artwork by Fleming and Bosun, including scarves. Athletes will wear exclusive footwear from Volley.

The 2024 Paris Olympics, also known as the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, will be held from July 26 to August 11. This edition of the Olympics commemorates the centenary of the last time Paris hosted the Games in 1924.
