The heart of the capital of Spain will shine from this Thursday, November 23 (7:00 p.m.), when the Christmas lights switch on will be celebrated. A day later, another activity that has become a tradition begins to roll: Naviluz, the Christmas bus, which travels through the most emblematic streets of Madrid to enjoy the Christmas lighting in a special way.

Daily Naviluz services begin on November 24, 2023 and end on January 7, 2024. There are only three dates on which the bus does not depart: December 24, 31, and January 5.

One of the main novelties this year is the location of the departure, which is on Felipe IV Street, next to the Prado Museum, while the arrival is located in Plaza Cánovas del Castillo.

There are up to three itineraries drawn up by the operating company depending on the weather or traffic circumstances that occur at any given time. In any case, the duration of the tour is approximately 50 minutes.

Every day: 18:00, 18:05, 18:10, 18:15, 18:20, 18:30, 18:40, 18:50, 19:00, 19:05, 19:10, 19: 15, 19:20, 19:30, 19:40, 19:50, 20:00, 20:05, 20:10, 20:15, 20:20, 20:30, 20:40, 20:50, 9:00 p.m., 9:05 p.m., 9:10 p.m., 9:15 p.m., 9:20 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 9:40 p.m., and 9:50 p.m.

The price of the Naviluz 2023 ticket is 7 euros for adults and 3 euros for children between 7 and 11 years old, for people over 65 and for people with a disability equal to or greater than 33% or with reduced mobility. Keep in mind that children under 6 years old travel for free, although a free ticket must be purchased in order to organize places.

Tickets are on sale exclusively on the naviluz.es website. In a single purchase you can purchase a maximum of 10 paid tickets and 3 free tickets. The tickets are for the date and session chosen when purchasing.
