Helsa (dpa / lhe) – An 88-year-old driver drove into the window of an empty shop in Helsa in the Kassel district. He was slightly injured in the accident on Friday, the police said. The man drove forward into the window because of a driving error when parking. The fire department pulled the car out of the store and then freed the man from his car. Witnesses alerted the emergency services. The amount of damage is estimated at around 100,000 euros.
