Baden-Württemberg: Kretschmann on climate stickers: Don't discredit the goal

Stuttgart (dpa/lsw) – For Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann, the actions of the so-called climate stickers run the risk that the fight against climate change will lose acceptance among the population. If the means discredit the goal, then they are obviously not the right means, said the Greens on Tuesday at the state press conference in Stuttgart. He himself doesn’t think much of the sticking campaigns and believes that they also met with great displeasure among the population. “But we share the goal with the activists – namely that we fight climate change faster.”
