Bad Zwesten-Niederurff (dpa / lhe) – An unknown perpetrator shot a cat in northern Hesse with shot. A veterinarian put the animal to sleep on Sunday, the day of the attack in Bad Zwesten-Niederurff in the Schwalm-Eder district, as the Schwalm-Eder police department announced on Monday. A large number of shot pellets were found in the animal’s body, it said. The police are looking for possible witnesses.
