Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – As of today (9.15 a.m.), a father and his three sons are standing before the Frankfurt Regional Court because of a joint attempt to manslaughter. The accused, aged 56, 37, 36 and 29, are accused of critically injuring a man in December 2021. According to the indictment, after an argument about a real estate transaction, the family attacked a 51-year-old business partner with a glass bottle and a pipe wrench, among other things. The victim could only be saved by emergency surgery. The jury has initially scheduled five days of hearings until the end of March.
