Chemnitz (dpa/sn) – The international children’s film festival “Schlingel” is now looking for films for its next edition in autumn. Short films can be submitted until June 1st, long films until July 15th, the festival organizers announced on Wednesday in Chemnitz. A program committee will select the contributions to be shown in various national and international competitions and special series. Cash and non-cash prizes are awarded in the competitions. The 28th “Schlingel” festival will be held in Chemnitz from September 23rd to 30th, 2023.
