Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – The driver of the car was seriously injured in a collision between a patrol car and a car in Offenbach. The 59-year-old was taken to a hospital, police said on Friday. The two police officers suffered minor injuries. They had been on their way to an operation in the morning with flashing lights and sirens. At an intersection, they ran a red light and collided with the man’s car. The police are now looking for witnesses to the accident.
