Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) – In Hesse, around 371,000 people have been vaccinated with the corona vaccine adapted to the omicron variant. Health Minister Kai Klose (Greens) announced on Wednesday after a meeting of the Hessian Vaccine Alliance in Wiesbaden that Hesse has a nationwide share of 8.9 percent in the adapted vaccines and is thus well above the Hessian share of the population in Germany of a good 7.5 percent. Overall, however, the demand for a corona vaccination has recently been declining.
