Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – As of today, Wednesday (from 9.30 a.m.), a professional boxer will be charged with attempted manslaughter in two cases before the Frankfurt Regional Court. According to the indictment, the 25-year-old is said to have indiscriminately stabbed other visitors with a knife in front of a nightclub in downtown Frankfurt in December last year, critically injuring two of them. The knife attack was preceded by a boozy celebration inside the bar and an altercation with bouncers and other young men. The jury is facing an extensive hearing of evidence with so far 15 continuation dates until the end of January (AZ 3390 Js 258906/21).
