Witten (dpa / lnw) – A driver collided with a truck trailer in Witten (Ennepe-Ruhr district) and was seriously injured. The 30-year-old man got off the road on Saturday evening as a result of a medical emergency and collided with the parked trailer, the Bochum police said on Sunday. He was trapped in his vehicle and had to be freed by firefighters. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
