Plauen (dpa/sn) – Two unknown perpetrators blew up an ATM in Plauen (Vogtland district) on Thursday night. “At the time of the investigation, it is still unclear whether the alleged perpetrators were able to steal cash,” said a police spokeswoman on Thursday morning. Accordingly, the thieves gained access to the bank branch on Anton-Kraus-Strasse around 2:30 a.m. and blew up the ATM. They then fled in a car towards the A72. The police have started the investigation.
