Mannheim (dpa / lsw) – Ice hockey professional Tyler Gaudet will be missing the Adler Mannheim for months. This was the result of a conversation with a specialist, the club of the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) announced on Friday. The new signing injured his leg last Sunday in the home game against the Bietigheim Steelers (4:2). “It’s no secret that Tyler’s failure hits us particularly hard. He’s undoubtedly one of the best centers in the league,” said sports manager Jan-Axel Alavaara. Depending on the healing process, Gaudet will have to take a break of three to four months.
