Geislingen (dpa / lsw) – A driver stopped with 4.5 per mille in the oncoming lane with the engine running. Police officers could not have spoken to the 41-year-old, nor did a breath alcohol test work, said a police spokeswoman on Friday. A doctor finally took blood from the man and found the high level. After the incident on Monday in Geislingen an der Steige (Göppingen district), the police confiscated the man’s driver’s license.
