Ötisheim (dpa / lsw) – In a head-on collision between two vehicles, four people were injured near Ötisheim in the Enzkreis on Tuesday, two of them seriously. According to the police, a 32-year-old overtook a column of vehicles with his car and then a truck. However, he overlooked an oncoming vehicle and collided with it head-on. The person who caused the accident and the 33-year-old driver of the other car involved were seriously injured. A toddler and an infant each suffered minor injuries in their vehicle. Both vehicles were severely damaged and had to be towed away. The damage is estimated at 28,000 euros. The state road was closed for four hours.
