Jerusalem (dpa/lsw) – The basketball players of the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg also won their second game in the group stage of the Champions League. Coach Joshua King’s team won Group E 80-71 (34-27) at Hapoel Jerusalem on Wednesday evening and is at the top of the table.
At Ludwigsburg, Jhonathan Dunn, Prentiss Hubb and Yorman Polas each scored 14 points. In the third quarter, the guests took a decisive lead of 22 points and were no longer in danger in the final section.
Ludwigsburg plays the next game in international competition on November 2nd at Darussafaka Istanbul.
