Meghan likes to say that she wants to lead a normal life. In an interview, she describes her everyday life with Prince Harry in such a way that one has to say: The Duchess is already very close to the goal of her dreams.
In a new interview, Duchess Meghan gives insights into the future of her children, everyday life with Prince Harry and her relationship with the late Queen. Despite all the differences with the British royal family, Meghan calls Queen Elizabeth II a “shining example” in terms of female leadership in an interview with the US industry magazine “Variety”. She feels “deep gratitude” for spending time with her and having met her, explains Meghan. Meghan calls the mourning period after the Queen died on September 8 “a complicated time”. But Prince Harry would have remained optimistic as ever. “Now she’s reunited with her husband,” Harry said.
The former actress, who is currently enjoying success with her Spotify podcast Archetypes, has no shortage of projects. But the Duchess will probably not go back to Hollywood as an actress. “No, I’m done with it,” explains Meghan. “They say never say never,” but she intends to stop acting.
If her children, Archie, three, or Lilibet, one, later want to pursue a career in entertainment, she would support them both: “When you become a parent, you really want your children to find things that bring them complete joy prepare.”
Asked about a typical day at the home of the prince and duchess, who live in Montecito, California, Meghan describes, “We share an office. We work from home,” like many other people who started doing it in lockdown, she says 41 year old. This would give them the opportunity to spend time with their children. She would prepare breakfast, then the children would get ready for the day.
Then there is a lot of “joint calls and zooms”. Finally, Meghan reveals that her husband loves the burger chain “In-N-Out”: “There’s one halfway between Los Angeles and our area. It’s really fun to drive through the drive-in and surprise them . You know our order.”
