Ludwigsburg (dpa / lsw) – The basketball players of the MHP giants Ludwigsburg have committed Sam Waardenburg. The 24-year-old New Zealander comes from the Australian league and is set to replace the injured Jeff Roberson, the Bundesliga club announced on Friday. Waardenburg is due to travel to Germany early next week and complete the necessary medical checks after his arrival before the forward can be used for the Swabians for the first time.
