Offenburg (dpa / lsw) – Because he is said to have attacked a federal police officer at the train station in Offenburg with pepper spray, an 18-year-old was arrested and expelled to Switzerland. The federal police said on Friday that he had a stun gun with cartridges and a knife with him. The teenager was on Thursday with the ICE from Cologne without a ticket and with a Swiss residence permit. This did not entitle him to stay in Germany. He attacked the federal police officer during a check and then fled to the city, where he was caught a little later.
His 20-year-old companion was also traveling without a ticket and with weapons. She allowed herself to be arrested without resistance. The officers found a stun gun and an airsoft gun on the woman. They are being investigated for illegal possession of weapons, among other things. In the case of the 18-year-old, there is also a physical attack on law enforcement officers.
