Sigmaringen (dpa / lsw) – A 27-year-old resident was arrested in Inzigkofen (Sigmaringen district) for attempted killing. The man tried to choke an employee of the assisted living facility with a judo belt, as the Ravensburg police and the Hechingen public prosecutor announced on Friday. Because the woman resisted the incident on Thursday, worse things were prevented. Colleagues followed the calls for help and held the attacker until the police arrived. The magistrate ordered placement in a psychiatric hospital. The employee suffered minor injuries, according to police.
