Gailingen (dpa / lsw) – A twelve-year-old is said to have burned two swastikas on the door of the Jewish Museum in Gailingen (Constance district) with a lighter. The wooden door was damaged on the surface, police and prosecutors announced on Friday. The criminal police are investigating. The boy also lit a notice at the main entrance. In addition, he and his four companions are said to have set paper from a garbage can on fire and thrown it into a light well in the back of the museum. Fortunately, there was no fire on Thursday evening. Investigators estimate the property damage at around 2,000 euros.
