Neckargemünd (dpa / lsw) – A motorist was critically injured in an accident on the B37 just before Neckargemünd (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis). The 42-year-old lost control of his car on Sunday evening due to excessive speed on the rain-soaked road, the police said. His vehicle was thrown against a traffic light in a curve – then the car rolled over several times and remained on the roof. The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered life-threatening injuries in the accident. An ambulance took the man to the hospital.
