Bavaria: 80-year-old man dies after falling with a pedelec tricycle

Bad Staffelstein (dpa / lby) – In Upper Franconia, a man fell and died with his pedelec tricycle. The 80-year-old got off the road on Tuesday in Bad Staffelstein (Lichtenfels district) for reasons that were previously unclear, the police said. He fell down an embankment into a track bed. Despite attempts at resuscitation, the senior died on the spot. The railway line was temporarily closed.
