Nuremberg (dpa / lby) – A youth approached a man in Nuremberg and when he could not answer his question, took a gun out from under his jacket and put it in his waistband. Bad luck for the 16-year-old: the man was a plainclothes police officer. The policeman continued to watch the young people after the incident on Tuesday evening and at the same time notified other patrols, said a spokeswoman for the Central Franconia police headquarters on Wednesday.

During a search, officers found the gun in the 16-year-old’s shoulder bag. According to the information, it was a loaded alarm gun. In addition, the police secured a forbidden brass knuckles and an animal repellent spray from the young man. In the shoulder bag there was also a kind of price list for narcotics and a large sum of cash, it said. The police launched various investigations against the youth.
