Amberg (dpa / lby) – A drunk man missed a nine-year-old child when jumping into the water in an Amberg outdoor pool and injured it. The 33-year-old had previously overlooked a “locked” sign on the one-meter diving board and jumped backwards into the water, a police spokesman said on Monday. He missed the boy who was swimming in the pool and landed on his head. The child was taken to the hospital after the crash on Sunday with minor injuries. An alcohol test for the 33-year-old showed 1.5 per thousand.
