Kitzingen (dpa / lby) – According to her own statements, the cabaret artist Luise Kinseher was not allowed to dress up as she wanted as a child. “As a child, I always wanted to be a princess, but had to go to the children’s carnival as a ladybug. That was rather counterproductive for my later enthusiasm for carnival,” she told the “Main Post” (weekend edition). Kinseher will receive the “Schlappmaulorden” from the Kitzingen Carnival Society this Monday.
The 54-year-old from Lower Bavaria is a film and television actress and cabaret artist. Kinseher should be known to many people above all in the role of “Mama Bavaria” in the derbating of politicians on the Nockherberg.
When the “Schlappmaulorden” passes to her, she will succeed Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU), who – due to the pandemic – wore it for a full three years and will hold the laudatory speech on Kinseher. “Since Markus Söder is a very funny and witty speaker, it will probably be quite amusing,” Kinseher told the newspaper. “If he incorporates one or the other taunt into his laudatory speech, I’m armed and ready to counterattack.”
