Lehrberg (dpa / lby) – A 41-year-old man was hit by a tree during felling work in the Ansbach district and was fatally injured. He and another 42-year-old man were out and about in a forest near Lehrberg on Saturday, the police said on Monday. The 42-year-old fell a tree, which then fell on the other man. The rescue service took the life-threateningly injured 41-year-old to the hospital. He died there a short time later. The exact course of the accident initially remained unclear.
