Rosenheim (dpa / lby) – A 37-year-old was thrown out of his car when it hit a tree in Rosenheim and overturned. He died in a hospital a few hours later. The man was in the car with a 21-year-old on Friday night, the police said. The car went off the road in a right-hand bend for initially unclear reasons and crashed into the tree. The 37-year-old was probably not wearing his seat belt. The police could not say who drove the car and whether the 21-year-old was also injured.
