Regensburg (dpa/lby) – Valuable navigation technology was stolen from tractors in three burglaries in farms in the Upper Palatinate. The damage amounts to tens of thousands of euros, as the police reported on Wednesday. The most recent cases occurred last weekend: In Holzheim am Forst (Regensburg district), an unknown person entered a hall and stole a GPS unit from a tractor. In Pilsach in the Neumarkt district, such a device and display were also stolen. A third case was also reported to the police. Here, between the beginning of December and Tuesday, a GPS unit is said to have been stolen from a machine hall by a combine harvester and a tractor.
