The Community of Madrid has approved an investment of 4 million euros to finance the aid program for self-employed workers during 2023, covering the initial costs necessary to start up a new business activity.

The amount of these direct aids can reach up to 4,580 euros, depending on the circumstances of the applicant and the expenses that he proves, and may cover up to 80% of these, among which are included:

The application for these subsidies can be made at any time of the year.

Unemployed people who register as self-employed workers:

The submission period is three months from the date the applicant’s activity began, taking into account the date of registration in the Economic Activities Tax. It must be presented after the start of your activity as a self-employed worker, and once the expenses and payments derived from the start-up of your activity have been made.
