Oestrich-Winkel (dpa/lhe) – After a life-threatening knife attack in Oestrich-Winkel in the Rheingau, an arrest warrant was issued against a 21-year-old on suspicion of attempted manslaughter. The man is in custody, a spokesman for the Wiesbaden public prosecutor said on Monday. The 21-year-old is said to have inflicted a life-threatening injury on the abdomen of a 27-year-old during the attack on Saturday. The victim is now on the mend again. A 19-year-old who was also arrested according to witnesses is free again. The background of the fact is still unclear.
