Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – Construction workers have discovered an anti-aircraft grenade weighing 15 kilograms in the Rödelheim district of Frankfurt. Specialists from the explosive ordnance clearance service blew up the projectile in a controlled manner, the police said in Frankfurt on Wednesday. For safety reasons, three neighboring houses were partially evacuated and a power line was switched off. No one was injured in the Tuesday night operation.
