Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) – Eintracht Frankfurt has committed offensive talent Carlotta Wamser from SGS Essen. According to the Bundesliga soccer club and Champions League participant, the 18-year-old will receive a contract from Monday until June 30, 2025. Wamser played 42 league games for Essen, in which she scored six goals. In 2019 she won the European Championship title with the German U17 national team as a 15-year-old and the youngest in the team. “Already as a 16-year-old, Carlotta impressively demonstrated that she could shine in the women’s Bundesliga with her technical qualities and her footballing class,” said Eintracht sports director Siegfried Dietrich.
