Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – After war refugees from Ukraine were included in the labor market statistics for the first time, the number of unemployed in Hesse rose slightly in June. The regional directorate of the employment agency wants to announce how the unemployment figures have developed in July this Friday (10:00 a.m.) in Frankfurt. As of June 13, around 159,000 women and men were registered as unemployed across the country. That was around 6,300 more than in May, but 18,700 fewer than a year ago.
