Dieburg (dpa/lhe) – Four people were slightly injured in a rear-end collision with a patrol car in Dieburg near Darmstadt, including a police officer. The patrol car was on the way to a traffic accident on federal highway 26 on Monday afternoon, the police said.
A 49-year-old driving behind him drove into the decelerating car. Then a 20-year-old also collided with his car with the two vehicles. Both drivers and a 25-year-old police officer and a 32-year-old policewoman were taken to a hospital. According to the police, the damage was around 50,000 euros. The B26 was therefore completely blocked for around one and a half hours.
