Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – Bundesliga basketball club Fraport Skyliners from Frankfurt will no longer be able to rely on Jamel McLean and Marcel Ponitka in the coming season. Both players committed in the past season are leaving Hessen for the new season, as the Skyliners announced on Tuesday. The 34-year-old McLean is drawn to the Kumamoto Volters in Japan. Ponitka (24) is moving to the Spanish league, where he will play for Zaragoza.
