Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) – He is said to have cheated several passengers at Frankfurt Airport by around 4800 euros and is now on trial. This Thursday (from 9.30 a.m.) the trial against a 56-year-old man with multiple criminal records begins before the Frankfurt Regional Court. The prosecution alleges that he appeared at the airport last year in a pilot’s uniform with gold buttons and shoulder pads and used a pretext to ask passengers for the money. At that time he was still under supervision after his release from prison. The Trial Chamber has scheduled five days of hearings through early August.
