Kassel (dpa/lhe) – When trying to cross Autobahn 44 near Kassel, a woman was hit by a truck and killed. According to the police’s previous findings, the pedestrian entered the lanes between the Kassel Bad-Wilhelmshöhe junction and the Kassel-West junction at the level of a parking lot on Friday afternoon. A truck driver was unable to brake in time. The A44 was completely blocked. The woman died at the scene of the accident.
